Attended a seminar where someone used these graphics a while back and came across them online. They might make good teaching tools. There are from the Union of Concerned Scientists.

One series shows predictions for what the temperature will be like compared to other states right now, e.g., summer in upstate NY will end up feeling like Virginia if emissions are substantially reduced, and like Georgia at current rates.

Others show temperature change, # of extreme heat days a year in major cities.
