By last week people had them in hand. In the mutual fund call center where I work, most calls were tense, angry people closing small accounts, especially toward the end of the week. Saddest call was someone closing a small IRA to make payroll. A couple called to yell, but decided to ride it out (one guy ended up apologizing and asked me to go boating with him on Lake Superior :D). Only one purchase all week.
