1. there are a lot of serious threats to the economy. Jobs, Wall Street is the biggest,

banks come next, then private health insurance companies, followed by big pharma, lastly real estate.

3. The video was buggy as hell, but I recced it based on the synopsis of her comments.
She tells it like it is. I love that woman. We need more people in government and in this administration JUST LIKE HER.

4. right now CRE is operating under the guise of "blend and extend" or blend and pretend
which means that instead of foreclosing, they're just extending leases and letting it all ride. the crash should have already happened. where this is hitting hardest right now is in retail. so, all the empty stores are either going to become Big Lots, or skating rinks, if they're lucky.
