3. Do you think that this guy might be interested in a new, challenging job
in which he would be able to develop and execute a sensible plan along the lines he has described in this piece?

The idea of replacing the management that has caused the problems is particularly appealing.

He even talks about handling the Continental Illinois bankruptcy. That was a very large Chicago bank that must be remembered by Obama's team.
