These are dark times. While you were sleeping the cockroaches were busy about their work, rummaging through the US Constitution, and putting the finishing touches on a scheme to assert absolute power over the nation's financial markets and the country's economic future. Industry representative Henry Paulson has submitted legislation to Congress that will finally end the pretense that Bush controls anything more than reading the lines from a 4' by 6' teleprompter situated just inches from his lifeless pupils. Paulson is in charge now, and the coronation is set for sometime early next week. He rose to power in a stealthily-executed Banksters’ Coup in which he, and his coterie of dodgy friends, declared martial law on the US economy while elevating himself to supreme leader.

"All Hail Caesar!" The days of the republic are over.

Section 8 of the proposed legislation says it all:

"Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency."

Right; "non-reviewable" supremacy.

2. I'm sickened. Use to believe these people had children as I do...

and ultimately, in our darkest moment would do the right thing.

I feel like I'm living in a parallel universe--keeping reality from them and wondering
how long they'll be unaffected--and ultimately, how they will be affected.

5. My greatest fear is that kids of a certain age will no longer

remember how wonderful this country was, warts and all.

Just think how many kids only know an America at war.
Only know Bush's America. Eventually they will have to
navigate their way alone in a country I was never prepared
to hand over to them.

I'm seriously going thru a grieving process.

I am grieving the losses--for myself, and also for what my children
will never have.

My two girls are 7 and 8.

7. You know, this goes to the very core of WHY they chose Palin...

because she's a Mom.And Mom's protect there children and other peoples children.
They don't throw a blanket over their tummy's, place a baby in their arms and trot them out
for the world to judge. They expected other mothers to trust her, but mother's that I
know would never do that to their child at such a vulnerable time. Let's face it, some
mother's have the instincts of an alley cat.

And to her and McCain, we are to intrust the world we hand over to our kids?
I think not.

Why in the hell would our government give ANY person such ultimate authority--like the kind of authority
some wild sorcerer would have in a Disney movie.

So, some guy and his actions--no matter what those actions are-- "may not be reviewed by any court of law
or administrative agency."

No one in America has that kind of power and privilege. No one in our country--not even the President should
be afforded such dictatorial, above-the-law power.

Just what in the hell is going on?
