1. If these are government based funds then they have no business

investing in the US...

Individuals, fine, but not funds working at the behest of a sovereign country...

We don't let the US government invest in our own stock market, why should it be legal for a foreign government to invest in US assets...

Unless there truly are no more borders and individual countries doesn't matter...

2. What about Alaska? Should the Alaska fund be barred from investing outside of Alaska?

4. Yes, unless it is a pension fund run by outside parties...

The idea that a government should have a say in how a company is run from the inside is really anti-american to me...

Especially a foreign government...

It's not like regulation...

It's ownership and that is inching close to classic fascism...
