1. there is one already on fx.

it's called '30 days' and it's by the guy who produced (directed and starred in) 'supersize me'. the first episode had him and his fiancee living on minimum wage for 30 days. it got really tricky when they each had to go to the hospital but had no health insurance.

Morgan was on the Daily Show last night - he and Jon discussed how this is a 'real' reality show. They dont dredge up the wildest stereotypes they can find for the purpose of inciting conflict, like the 'Jerry Springer' type reality shows on every other network.

3. Eviction of sick, broke fm doc bills:Water shutoff to elderly:

Every day, an honest REALITY news would cover:

Homeless dying from heat, cold.
Interviews with them telling how they became homeless.

Sherriff's "eviction squad" going around all day long, tossing out sick folks who cant pay the rent because docs grabbed away their life savings. {docs use the money to pay for golf every Wednesday, wearing special $100 golf shoes}

The Water Department going around shutting off the water of elderly folks.

Farm folks losing the farm because they cant afford the two hundred in taxes {does this still go on? Grapes of Wrath scene... i think it still happens}

Crips living in dangerous parts of town because of GOP cuts in their tiny stipend from the gov.

Long waits in the hospital for the poor, at the ER.--- Hours.

These things happen every day. Ignored by MSM.
