Poll question: Favorite Southern Senator
With a slew of new Southern senators (at least four, possibly five) heading our way in 2005, which of the current senators is your favorite.

Note-The states I considered the South were Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, West Virginia, and Tennessee).

1. This may sound strange...
...but as a black person, I admire him because he is a *reformed* member of the Klu Klux Klan. I do believe that he truly understands that his position in those days was wrong, unlike MANY others, (fill in any racist elected official here.)

Heck, I just opened it up and looked for Byrd, but if I could put in a second, then it would Rockefeller. Yes, I'm from WV where we grow the best senators. hee

Not that I dislike any others, but I respect that she had a fundraiser at a Dixie Chicks concert when we were supposed to be spewing venom at them for exercising their freedom of speech!

By the way, I like the Dixie Chicks and think that toby keith is a redneck no talent nazi sack of macho shit head hot air!
