Kucinich had a large presence in the Walk For Hope
Kucinich people were very prominent in the Walk For Hope (a 5 km walk to benefit children in foreign countries)in Huntington Beach, CA today. Most major organizations, such as the ACLU, Amnesty International, etc., were represented and most people present expressed strong support for Dennis. A great many people wore Kucinich T-shirts during the walk and the Kucinich table was often overwhelmed with people interested in obtaining information about the candidate and signing up to get involved. None of the other candidates had a presence and no t-shirts or buttons for other candidates were visible.

1. Maybe Kucinich has more charisma than a lot of people think.

2. that's great to hear
I'm going to go see him (my first time) tomorrow in Venice. I can't wait. I only hope I won't be disappointed because I have set really high expections.

Have you seen these heart-warming results from Project Select Smart where people answer issue-related questions and are then lined up with the candidate who most closely meets their ideal?

4. Although I support Dean
I have come to respect and admire Kucinich and his consistent message for a better America for all of us, not just the select few.

I will point out that Dennis is the only candidate that has not hesitated to call for the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.

Kucinich is 100% correct!

5. What a metaphor.
"Walk for Hope." DK's supporters are working and walking for hope for us all.

Will you join us in the walk for Dennis?

7. I just stood and said I'll got from Indy to DC or Coast.
YES, by God and then some, I WILL walk, bike, stumble for Dennis, as needed! My sole problem is making sure my girls have care while I'm gone.

9. I will "relay" walk my section.
I can't leave my class without a teacher to do the whole country. Although at least one DK supporter has committed to the whole trip!

11. There has been a new suggestion-
Breaking it down into smaller groups to cover every contiguous state and converging on DC at the end. I guess the hope is to get everyone to DC before the first primaries happen.

I'm temporarily dubbing it the Kucinich Peace and Liberty Trek, and I cannot WAIT to see the rection to this thing!

13. Kucinich inspires
While other candidates carefully play to specialized constituencies, Kucinich gets out there and inspires people with his wit and his wisdom, espousing purely humanitarian and common sense positions with his whole heart.

There is no doubt that this is the man we need as President of the United States right now. We need a healer.
