Dean had Reiner in his camp. Way cool! I think it's great to see big name media folk stepping up to bat. People who aren't involved with politics, but live by the media will take notice.

4. How can Sheen and Reiner endorse Dean with his 100% rating with the NRA?

Both Sheen and Reiner are proudly on the NRA Blacklist, yet they go for the guy who has a stellar rating with the NRA.

Have they ever asked him about it or questioned their own political hypocrisy?

Martin Sheen is not about to say anything about Dean's NRA rating...I wish he would. It would be the first thing I'd ask him if I ever ran into him. Same with Reiner...

I saw Sheen at an anti-war protest last January in SF. I know he thinks Dean was "always against the War". That's another issue as well to bring up to Martin.

I like Sheen and Reiner to a lesser extent...it puzzles me that they would fall for someone with a perfect rating with the NRA since they are on the Blacklist...

I think some of his supporters on the ground have to have been depressed about some of the recent polls. This is EXACTLY the type of speech you need to give in the last days before a primary/election to get your supporters fired up and energized to do that little something extra.
