I propose a new tactic: Recruit right-wing third-party candidates
I used to think that there was no good use for brain-dead right-wingers.

I have since changed my mind.

What we need to do is to seek out and recruit crazy right-wingers to run as third party candidates in Republican held districts.

For an example of the kind of guy I am thinking of, there is this guy I met in my gym locker room:

What we're up against, and why it's worse than you probably think

What a great opportunity I squandered!

Imagine if, instead of telling this guy off, I had said, "You know what? You should run for Congress! If you do it, I'll be your campaign manager!"

Now, a long while ago, I came up with this idea:

Basically, the idea was to run as a third-party spoiler pretending to be an ultra-right-wing conservative.

I think the idea of running a sure-fire loser who actually is an ultra-right-wing conservative is a better idea, especially since you can't be accused of fraud.

A key to recruiting and running a sure-fire loser is to make sure the campaign has a "suicide switch." You need to make sure that you have something you can use to fatally sabotage your candidate's campaign.

Preferably, you should have something prepared at the outset-- something politically lethal and thoroughly documented and verifiable. If not, then you need to find something along the way. That way, on the off chance that your candidate is winning, you cal pull the "suicide switch" and kill the campaign.

Bonus points if you can find a candidate who "coincidentally" shares the same name as the Republican incumbent.

So, your mission is to find a crazy, raving lunatic who you loathe and despise-- preferably someone with a criminal record-- and convince them to run for office, with you as their campaign manager.

1. The only problem is, they tend to get elected

Unless you got the live boy or the dead girl you are likely to get the fool elected, suicide switch or not.

I agree, it would seem to be a plan, but our nation has become pretty delusional - hell they watch Faux and listen to Rush and take it all seriously!

2. Instead of a Greenie, we can run a Meanie.
The idea could work.
