Dr. Condi discounts note passed to her from tall turbaned man

A tall turbaned bearded man passed a note to Dr Condi while she was attending a diplomatic party September 9, 2001. Dr Condi released the contents of the note today. It briefly stated, “We are going to do it, I aint kidding you toots. Yours Truly O.b L.”

Dr. Condi says that this one sentence was not enough to consider it actionable and it did not meet the larger strategic plan needed to keep Bush from swatting flies. She went on to say, that she had slipped the note to Henry Kissinger look-a-like after she had written her private home phone number on it.
