1. Well, Coke is better than Pepsi
because you never order a Rum and Pepsi now do you? Right now gasoline is about $1.61 in Atlanta, GA so I'd say it's cheaper than Europe but California has very high gas prices.

9. Somewhere over in Europe (France?) it's 1.39/Liter!
That's not cheaper...they measure per liter, not gallon, and it comes out more expensive over there.

4. Think about it
You have to factor in the hidden cost of gas in the US. Oil companies get huge tax breaks and subsidies. Take that money and add it to what you pay at the pump to see the real cost of gas in the US,

IIRC, that was the annual figure a year or two ago. It can only be enormously higher.

13. Gas is expensive in Asia as well
When I lived in Japan from 1991-1992, I'm pretty sure gasoline was about $4.00 a gallon (I know there's a goofy metric equivalent, but as Grandpa Simpson says, "The metric system is the tool of the devil. My car gets 40 rods to the hog's head and that's the way I likes it.")

You can't beat Japan's train system. Except when it's rush hour and the car is packed with passengers and someone has their finger in the crack of your ass. In Japan they literally stuff you into the train and then your body assumes odd positions, such as when a foreign finger is in your ass.

Or shoot him full of 4,000 volts rather than 2,000.
