It was during the first Gulf War and the reporters were asking questions to Carrey who was playing some Rumsfeld type. Every question was answered with some insane Rumsfeld type non-answer like "No comment", "Cant say at this time" ...it gets progressively crazier until they just start spouting at reporters when they ask a question...
"Jingle bells, your feets smell, you ask me again....you can go to hell!"...that was David Alan Grier saying that...
I really wish I could get a clip of that because whenever I watch a press conference that is what it reminds me of.

I loved that show. The first season is out on DVD this week, I think.
I don't remember that particular skit, however. D'oh!
