Sexual harassment is Clinton's fault!

Letter to the Editor in today's Mpls. Star Tribune:

"As a father of two teenage girls and a husband of a human-resources director for a local corporation, I'm sensitive to the effects of sexual harassment in the workplace as reported by (the) Star Tribune....

The article cited television as a culprit and the fact that the victims are young, vulnerable and too embarrassed to speak up. It seems to me that the article missed another contributing factor that should be noted.

The last president of the United States dealt women in the workplace a two-decade setback by his antics in the Oval Office. Let's not forget that."

Personally, I also think it's Clinton's fault that my dog has fleas, my rosebush died and I had a flat tire last month.

I was looking for someplace to pin that one!! It's good to know it has nothing to do with the way I raise my children to talk to others! Lets me off the hook!! Since he's also responsible for flat tires, I had two last month ... I need to talk to him.

While we're at it, can I blame my frequent headaches on him too?? Had he just stayed in office ... somehow ....

That's what I teach my Human Resource Management students. Jeeeesus! What a bunch of morans- they just can't let go of the Clinton bashing.

4. No, it's Clarence Thomas' fault. Or Senator Packwood'. Or Jefferson's.

Let's blame Jefferson. After all, he had sex with a slave, who had little choice in the matter. That's far worse than any of the accusations against Clinton, Thomas and Packwood combined.
