Ever been frightened back into your body?

Once, years ago when I was a teenager, I was lying in bed just about to go to sleep, when the bed started shaking and flipping. The bed flung me up in the air, and then I saw that my body was still on the bed lying there unconscious.

Then, something was swinging me around and around in the room just below the ceiling, faster and faster, until the centrifugal force was such that I was launched through the wall finally and went soaring out toward the East. But right outside the wall, waiting outside my room, were three figures, black and sort of indistinct like shadows.

Like chilling gongs, alarms went off in me and I felt that my body was in dire peril, so I spun around and jumped back into my body. And sat up wide-eyed looking at that wall.

That's me at 10. Then I got tired.

4. I had major surgery once and when they moved me

from the recovery cart back into the bed I was in so much pain I left my body and was looking down at myself. Then it there was a voice saying... "Remember, you can leave any time"

That frightened me back into my body. :scared:
