My alarm clock has been running ahead of itself. Bugs me. How does that happen?

It is a battery operated one. Twice this week I have found in 1 hour or 2 hours ahead.:scared:

6. It did it again tonight even though I had just changed the battery. Too bad. I liked that alarm

clock.

But seriously, my cat walks on my clock and changes things all the time.

8. I must be that the clock stops for 11 hours or something. I tried a new battery

but it still went all wonky on me. Time for a new clock.

I had one that was gaining an hour every week.

15. I got that. I just wondered how it ended up ahead. Last night I put a new battery in and it was
