I am watching the old Dennis the Menace show, it is funny.

I know why Dennis's parents had one kid.

In real life Mr. Wilson would have killed Dennis and hid the body.

I watched this show when I was little, Dennis seemed like cool kid then.

Except for the overalls.

1. Dennis was no menace

He was just misunderstood.

2. I feel sorry for Mr. Wilson.

I would have killed the kid.

3. I read that little Jay North was miserable doing that show

and they dyed his hair to get that platinum look. He grew into a bitter man who hates his mother.

But he was awful cute.

I remember reading about this.

I bet his mother took all his money.

5. She made him do the show, dye his hair, when he didn't want to.

Poor baby just wanted to be a kid. Not work! Anyway, he detests his mother and won't be okay until he finds a way to forgive her and move on. I think she died a while ago. Yes, because he said he hopes she burns in hell. Really quite a disturbed character. Needs professional help. I don't doubt that he was abused, but he needs to heal and move on.

6. I forgave my parents.

Carrying all that hate around is hard, just have to let it go.

8. They did the best they could.

They are both gone now, and I am glad I got to know them.

My brothers and sister still carry that hate, time to let it go.

9. I think my favorite scene was him torturing Margaret by repeatedly saying....

"DEVILed eggs. DEVILed eggs. DEVILed eggs."

That's the only thing I have a rock solid image of from the show, but I watched it all the time when I was a kid.

10. Watching the show as a adult is so different.

The show is still funny but I would so kill the kid.

That kid really was hilarious.
