3. Oh shit...that one resulted in one of my RARE "laugh out loud" moments...

4. Don't laugh, but I had to throw out an office chair because a guy needed them and didn't wear them.

I used to have two decent looking upholstered side chairs in my office. I had an old guy that came in, and I noticed he had a pretty strong funk when he got there. (This is awful to admit to, but...)I turned my desktop fan on so the funk would blow away from me, and took care of his complaints. When he left I noticed the chair looked wet...

I Fabreezed that chair to the point of saturation and I pulled it out of my office into the reception area to dry. Pretty soon the secretaries are complaining about the smell. We put the chair in the extreme back corner of the office suite and sprayed it again. The secretaries say they can still smell it. Finally, I called the maintenance folks and asked them if they have ANYTHING that will kill that funk. They tell me no, but that maybe I should call the local nursing home and ask THEM!

I finally gave up on that chair and put it out in the hallway. Building maintenance didn't even want to touch it. ALL my chairs now are hard plastic that can be sanitized if needed.
