I just made the most awesome hot wings...

Dipped in milk, rolled in a mixture of flour/Lowry's/fresh ground pepper, then into the frying pan for about 5 minutes per side.

Laid out on a cookie sheet, and drizzled with Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

Into the oven for 30 minutes at 350.

My wife said they were the best she's ever tasted and she's the Hot Wing Goddess.

Not too vinegar-y like some, and boy did they bite back!
