11. Yes, the onion soup takes a good long time...

and I'll be making it for tomorrow night's supper. :-)

And as for chili, after it's all in the soup pot and ready to go I toss into about 10 gallons of boilnig water for 2 hours, then strain it and cook it slowly over hickory.
