What is your dream lifestyle of the moment? Me I'd love to live in either france or Italy. Somewhere
where the food in shops is really fresh and delicious. I'd love to have a job doing something in politics...not so much organizing as much as policy wonking. You?

I was NOT a happy camper about that news… I missed an opportunity to visit the museum there.

2. I'm with you -- France or Italy are my top two daydream countries.
I'd like to live on the water and shop for my fresh produce in the market every day. In my daydream work doesn't really enter the picture, though. :)

I have two wishes - one that pRick Scott would take all his RepubliCON friends and just go away forever.

Two, that I could live without pain.

and doing some writing on other subjects that interest me.

Location? Base me on New Zealand's north island somewhere - I really like Wellington and a little college city called Palmerston North where some friends of mine used to live. With plenty of time also spent on the beaches in Puhket, Thailand and Vung Tau, Vietnam with a drink in one hand and a book in the other, watching the waves.

Vung Tau Beach:

24. Cruise around the Med in a decent sized
motor yacht
Doesn't need to be the size of Paul Allen's Octopus, but roomy enough for me, hubby, the dog and whatever necessary piloting/maintaining crew and can put in to small ports
Or, a cabin up in the Colorado mountains, maybe in Lake City or Ouray (not sure I spelled that right)
Or, a cottage on the coast of Maine or in SW France
Or, in a home + business in my favorite fictional place, Three Pines Quebec (Louise Penny, author) except as the newbie I would probably become the next murder victim or get framed for the crime
I am flexible but one common theme seems to be smaller places

33. food, shelter, health care, and meaningful work for everybody
I am happy where I am, though a few minor improvements could be made. I wish our country would stop being so stupid and greedy and would take care of the people who can't take care of themselves before we go traipsing around the world like arrogant fucks. I wish the greedy bastards that have workers and the poor by the short hairs would have to exchange places for 6 months with the people they fuck over.

sorry feeling a little disgruntled tonight. seeing the "battle" in DC, of abstract fake paper dollar world of multi-trillion dollar "debt" when normal people can't afford to buy healthy food or medicine or take a weekend trip once in a while is depressing as HELL.
