For some reason the judges - regardless of who they are - all seem to like Flay, and Symon is very impressive, creative and tough to beat so I'd probably dodge them as well.

6. I'm glad to hear they get primed in advance

I've always felt really inadequate and limited when I see how quickly those chefs can come up with so many recipes for the "secret" ingredient. Good to know they probably have a full menu for each ingredient planned, they aren't just thinking fast on their feet.
