a plastic surgery-led op that stretched my pectoral muscles and wrapped them around
my sternum edges to provide a closure via staples and bio-adhesive(?).

Bein' as it was plastic surgery, I requested a below-the-waist elective surgery.

LOTS of guys are concerned about the potential for genital compatibility.

So, since SO many have suggested that I get one for SO long, I've finally gotten
that penile reduction.

couldn't hope for).
