#1) Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder

#2) Broadkill is just north of Lewes right where the river dumps into the ocean. At the north end of Broadkill is Back Bay, a section of multi-million dollar beach homes. The only one for sale is listed at a mere $1,970,000. Our end in the south - not so fancy.

#3) Why would I pay all that money for the ferry when I live in Delaware?

9. I just went to Rehoboth for the first time. It was beautiful.

Unfortunately we've owned a place in Dennis, MA for 30 years and my wife and family love it there.
