Anybody else watch "Hot in Cleveland?"
Maybe it's just my age, but I think it's killer funny!

1. I watch it too
It's become a favorite of mine and one of the few current shows that I watch.

3. Like TVLand, not so much Hot in Cleveland
I don't watch it really but will catch bits and pieces of it at times. Betty White is amazing I do have to say. Anybody see the roast they did on her on Comedy Central a while back? It was hilarious and boy she didn't back down from the nastiest, foul-mouthed jokes either, she can hang with the best of them.

4. I sometimes watch it. It's ok.
It's not as funny as I'd hoped it would be.

6. I love it!
I can't wait for the new shows in a few days. Betty White cracks me up, but I also think the other three ladies' characters are well written. It's a good ensemble.

7. My husband would watch Valerie Bertanelli watch paint dry.
I haven't paid much attention but he says it's pretty good and I am happy to see Betty White still knocking 'em dead.

8. Love it, especially Wendie Malick and Jane Leeves
I wish it was on at a different time though - for some reason, I have trouble with the time slot.

9. They repeat the episodes quite a bit, so you should be able to catch it.
Though it never fails, it there's an episode I missed that I really want to see, that one is never repeated when I'm around to watch it. Other episodes seem to always be on. Can't win.

11. Not bad at all - reminds me of the better ensemble
comedies of the late 1970s.

And I too would watch Valerie Bertinelli watch paint dry.

12. I don't watch it because I never bought the premise.
Three supercharged jetsetting Hollywood women get stuck in Cleveland on a layover and decide to move there? Sure. *That* happens all the time. :eyes:

Having said that, I did see the clip where Betty White is in jail and her cellmate turns out to be Mary Tyler Moore. That was pretty cool, from a nostalgia perspective.

13. They like to do the nostalgia stuff.
Bonnie Franklin, who played Valerie Bertinelli's character's mother in "One Day at a Time" guested in an episode. I hadn't seen her in years. And yeah, the scene with Mary Tyler Moore was pretty cool: she had the big "M" that was on her apartment wall in the MTM show on the wall in her cell. And she also borrowed the Lou Grant line of, "I hate spunky." LOL
