1. I've ALWAYS thought High Society was about drinking.
They drink all the way through the thing. Hilarity ensues.

I really like it, btw, and can sing along with evey song.

It was great! I've heard most of the songs before, but never realized they were from this movie.

And you are right - it is about drinking. Pretty typical for the 1950s I guess.
