Anybody remember the TV show "Flipper?"
Remember Teen Dream Luke Halpin?

Well, turns out he has the CREEPIEST. Fan. Site.....EVER! There are entire articles rhapsodizing about his various body parts with "analysis" from season to season.

http://www.cpps90.com/luke/html/articles/legs_thighs.html

Luke Halpin's thighs are notable for their hard, dense look and flawless skin tone.

With the entire thigh exposed by the swim trunks, we can marvel at the proportional shape of Luke's fully extended thigh as it transitions to the lower leg. The balanced well-defined look of Luke's thigh is a product of years of athletic activity which has developed his legs as a highly functional unit.

In Season 1, Luke Halpin's thighs are already displaying astonishing development even at the beginning of the TV series.

In Episode 2 - Red Hot Car - there is a scene where Sandy is being forced into an underwater abandoned car. This scene moves so quickly, that it is almost impossible to see all the details. The Luke Halpin Gallery provides this special collection of screencaps which reveals one of the best illustrations of Luke Halpin's thigh development:

:wtf:

Lassie: Woof, woof (That dumb ass kid is in trouble ... again)

Flipper: Squeak, squeak (No shit)

Lassie: Woof, woof (Ya wanna do anything about it?)

Flipper: Squeak (Hell no.)

Lassie: Woof, woof (Me neither. See ya. Don't get wet.)

Flipper: Squeak, squeak (At least I don't smell bad when I'm wet, asshole)

13. It's on Hulu
You should check it out, if only for cultural purposes. It's a really good example of 1960s kids TV.

9. Or analyze the "Six Properties" of his thighs?
This person who writes these Luke Halpin rhapsodies is a total wacko!!

I have a friend who was a teen idol around that same time, a couple of years later and he says he was creeped out by fan mag editor Gloria Stavers who was always hanging around talking his parents into him posing for shirtless photos etc!

I never realized it was his THIGHS I was attracted to!

Seriously, didn't he look almost exactly like Zac Efron?

Googled Luke Halpin and found this:

11. Very creepy and strange.
I'm friends with one of Luke Halpin's sons. I can only imagine how creeped out he'd be to know that his father has a "fan" like this.

15. They call him Flipper
They call him Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning
No-one you see, is smarter than he
And we know Flipper, lives in a world full of wonder
There in a pineapple under the sea

Everyone loves the king of the sea
Absorbent and yellow and porous is he
Tricks he will do when children appear
And how they laugh when he's near

They call him Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning
If nautical nonsense be somethin' ya wish
And we know Flipper, lives in a world full of wonder
Then drop on the deck and flop like a fish!

we knew the original dolphin trainers at the Miami Sequarium, Flipper was filmed in our backyard, so to speak...if I watch the clips I'll cry.

Fiction about the kid's thighs seems like a pretty limited genre.
