I beg to disagree. Panda Express does NOT use filler.

4. Panda Express turned out even worse than I thought it would
Just bad, bad, bad. And they don't keep the entrees replenished. You see something you think you might want and they're down to the last spoonful. The franchises also seem to be universally run by idiots. I've been to two, it was the same each time.
