FLU

I have the flu.

Went to Patient First and they did the nose swab and took blood. Doctor came in, turn the spinny thing around, and "You have the flu"

Tamiflu prescription.

Our little girl had a 105 degree temp last Monday (talk about freaking out) and missed 3 days of school. My mom came in to stay with us and watch her now Mom is sick.

No work tomorrow. You guys are just going to have to put up with me on DU during the daytime again.

:( Hope you recover quickly. My son has the flu right now too--was perfectly fine for most of Friday (no school), and then--wham--midafternoon, fever of 103. x( Haven't been able to get it all the way down to normal, either; he's been toughing it out with one of 99 or 100 at best. Considering a visit to the doctor tomorrow, but I suspect they'll just say "fluids and rest"...

it just hurts from the ass down and the neck up (some people would say it is the same thing on me)

It's the fever that's making my kid go splat--as you probably observed with your daughter. :(
