Give me your muffin recipes.

My son wants to make mini muffins. We have a no-stick mini muffin pan.

We have white flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, apples, chocolate ships, nutella, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, peanut butter, oranges, craisons, eggs, butter, and I think that's about it.

Give me your best muffin recipe that we can make tonight with any of the above ingredients.

I'll let you know which one we made and how they came out.
