vanilla frozen yogurt and let it melt just so that you can stir it (1/2 an hour or so). Stir in 3tbsps of a mixture of fresh lemon and lime juice and fresh lemon and lime zest. Stir. Put back in the freezer and it will reset.

Serve in those chocolate 'cupcake' cups.

Ask me anything!!!

1. Is it good?
I once had people in for a political meeting, and to make it family-friendly I served homemade cookies. I bought a nice high-end vanilla ice cream, whipped up a quart of whipping cream with vanilla, blended the whipped cream into the softened ice cream, and refroze it as a topping for the cookies. The result? Everybody said Coolwhip! I love Coolwhip! And that's exactly what it tasted like ...

2. This usually tastes good. Unfortunately I used a lee valley tools grater and it
too off to much zest & rind so it tastes a little rindy today. Usually it tastes better. Oh well. Live and learn.

3. I'd add a bit more lemon juice or maybe some orange oil, if you have it
You can probably recover from a bit too much rind
