Even if you mean exactly, probably. It's cold in Wisconsin and many people dress accordingly in a variety of materials.

Growing up in the South I used to get so mad at all the Christmas songs and shows. Christmas was nothing like all that stuff. I always felt like the North was a bully for stealing Christmas.

All the time. In fact, here folks are not only dressed up like Eskimos, they ARE Eskimos.

Eskimo is considered an outdated term in Canada, but I guess I have seen someone dressed up like that. In t-shirts and jeans, usually.
