They were playing "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" in the store. Yup it has begun.

5. Costco has had their Christmas decorations up since late August.
And what's even crazier - my cube-mate at work was telling me he used to work at a department store and they would get their Christmas shit in the beginning of JUNE. Seriously.

9. Yep.
Back when I worked retail (1994) we would get some boxes of Christmas merchandise in July, but we couldn't put it out until October.

3. I went shopping today....
something I don't do that often, and could hardly find what I was looking for because the shelves were filled with Christmas crap.

They really beat it into the ground. It has ruined Christmas for me.

6. I still love Christmas
No matter how much people try to ruin it I still get excited during the holidays. To me it's about getting together with family and people you love. I refuse to let anyone destroy it for me.
