He should know there is plenty of people in his district doing exactly what he describes. Somehow med cannabis failing won't prevent that from happening.

The fact that Arizona doesn't change really messes up my TV watching habits. Certain shows I'm used to watching at a certain time are moved up an hour. It is confusing the first few days.
