They are at best semi-opposable. They can be used to grasp brabches but not really for object manipulation. True opposability is only seen in Catarrhines which are old world monkeys and apes (including us). In prosimian primates such as lemurs (that is Lemur catta, the ring tailed lemur pictured), the big toe is actually more opposable.
