4. Saw the quack for 5 minutes
And only heard he couldn't do anything for me, despite the fact that the pain was now in other areas of my body than it was when I was there the week prior. I have an appointment on Tuesday and hope that we can get something worked out where it will stop hurting. Exercises would be awesome. Don't want drugs.

7. Peter Ivers' Band...."Dark Illumination"
I am reading this book; "In Heaven Everything is Fine: The Unsolved Life of Peter Ivers and the Lost History of New Wave Theatre"
by Josh Frank and Charlie Buckholtz

Thought I would check out some of his music....different, but not bad at all.
