Sautee onions, peppers, and garlic...
Add some good quality canned tomatoes (Or use fresh if in season) thorw a few sliced links of good sweet or hot Italian Sausage, add Basil, serve over your favorite pasta, top with grated Parmigaino Reggiano... That's good eatin' right there...

4. We make that about once a week, more times w/o meat however...
but use it on pasta, on tacos, its just plain good eating and very very easy and good for you.
