So I called NSTAR today to get my electric service switched after the move. A woman comes on and says, "This is Cindy, how can I help you?" I give her my name and vital stats...and there's this long pause. "Is this Will Rivers Pitt?" she asks. "Yes," I say. "This is Cindy," she says, "Andrew's sister." Andrew, one of my oldest friends and co-Best Man at my wedding. Cindy, who I've known since I was seven years old.

Head exploding. Best. Customer. Service. Call. EVER.
