I, Velvet, am sitting with three friends - mother, daughter and daughter's 4-year-old son. Mother and daughter are comparing notes on their pregnancies. "When I was pregnant with Daughter ..." "When I was pregnant with Son ... "

Son listens for a while and stepping politely into a pause he enters the conversation. In ringing tones he declares: "When I was pregnant with Velvet ... "

I was flattered he chose me. Then again, perhaps he thought it was a kind of round-robin conversation, you chose the person on your left. That was in fact how we were sitting around the table. I'm afraid we never got to hear the end of the sentence, he dropped it as soon as he saw the look on our faces.
