Tossing and turning..finally gave up...going to catch up on Trueblood episodes,watch a horror movie and drink Merlot...I should look like crap in the am..hopefully that means no-one should bother me at work..

1. I hope you are comfortable enough to doze off while watching

Now that the weather is hot I'm wearing flip-flops again, which means my feet and legs need to be stretched and flexed when I go to bed so they are relaxed. When dogs and cats stretch they spread out their toes- so I took a cue from them.
Good luck catching some zzzzz:boring:zzzzzs!
