that if you put the title of the story you are ABOUT to post into the search line...select the forum you plan to drop it into... select subject/message....last 24 hours... and hit enter...


ALL the same stories will show up.... you can then click on the one with the most replies, and deposit your comments there...


NO need for dupes:):)


I did it twice today and saved myself the "hurt feelings" of having my precious thread locked:):)

"Bush taxcut" will bring up all the threads currently being used to discuss that issue...or any other issue..

1. I do it! It's fun and entertaining for the whole family

For instance, you can type in Ralph Nader with AND logic and get 34 threads or OR logic and get 56 threads...just in the last 24 hours...which would mean there were already several dozen threads in which you could have chimed in and invoked his name by the time you posted yours.

You can type in PIE/NADER and get 16 topics ( well 17 now) amazing ain't it?

because I did not understand the graphis requirements thing :(

I used it because I read the Pincus et al article in the Washington Post just yesterday and I wanted to see what others thought. Just put the title into the search engine and bada bing.

The disappointing part was that there were less than a dozen comments to this great article, on which we also have a front page story by Raul Groom (link to article is in that story). The article is long but it is very interesting. It is also very significant because it shows that some of the media is not letting up on *.

It took me a couple sessions at the computer to read it all and I'm not even working FT this summer, so maybe that's why.
