The new Alice in Wonderland is incredible on mushrooms
It was the perfect blend of story, imagery, special effects, philosophy and mind-fuckery.

1. So that's why I hated it -- no mushrooms!
The 3D of the live action sequences was awful -- it looked like something from a View Master. The animated 3D was fine but I hated most of it anyway.

As someone who's a bit of a Victorian afcianido, why in Hell was Alice still dressed like a little girl at 19? At that party she was the only one in a short dress, yet she was considered old enough for a proposal. That would have NEVER happened at that time.
