2. When it's bought in a plastic tub at the store
imho. I've never met a store-bought guacamole that was any good at all, so I'd call it junk food.

Now doughnuts, that's another matter. I think they are part of a balanced diet. :D

33. you just have to find the right stuff
I've found one kind of guac (don't remember what now), that came in a plastic bag and had a plastic container with it, I believe, that was excellent.

47. Once I had store bought..
guac...it came in a plastic bag. My sister bought it and didn't tell me it was store bought, and I have to admit it was delicious.

It was called Wholly Guacamole. They make a salsa too, that is to die for. Taste like fresh home made, as soon as you open the lid you know it's going to be good.

I know avocados have the "good fat" and are good for you...but I could eat guacamole everyday. I'll slice avocados for a sandwich which is also good.

7. Yum to avocados, have to agree with you
Just sliced or smashed with some garlic powder on toast... oh yeah that's good stuff.

Agree about only eating homemade or restaurant guac. It's like an evil spell is cast over any guacamole sold in the supermarket, I have tried many times just because I couldn't fathom how not ONE store bought guac was any good, but it's true, none are.

42. It must have something to do with the freshness of the avocados.
I suspect that once you peel and mash them, they have a very short period when they will taste good. I have never been able to test this theory since avocados just vanish in my house after they're cut open.

Yes, I'm old enough to remember when they came WITHOUT cheese
and you had to say the "with cheese" and pay an extra 10 cents
to get it.

And we LIKED it!

20. Chipotle...
Garden-blend burrito with the fajita onions and peppers, black beans, corn, cilantro-lime rice, guacamole and the tomatillo-green chile salsa. Where else can you find actually-vegan fast food that is widely-available? I just wish it wasn't 900 calories and cost $8.

One of the first things I do when I look at an apartment is find out where the nearest Chipotle is...if it's too nearby, I won't take the apartment because if I could walk to Chipotle I'd live there and weigh 800lbs.

26. Weakness? I have no weakness.
I am fond of the entire -tos group, including Fritos, Cheetos, Doritos and Tostitos. I like potato chips, pretzels, Chex mix and all things fried. I like spice drops, caramels and dark Polish chocolate. I like burgers, chili dogs, burritos (hey! -tos group!), tostadas and beef sandwiches. And ice cream. And cookies; did I mention cookies?

I stand 5' 11.5" tall, and weigh between 160 and 165 pounds, as I have for the last decade. How can I enjoy all the above and not weigh 300 pounds? Because while I do not embrace moderation in politics, I do in consumption.

And I like some fresh vegetables and fruits even more.

32. I have two major downfalls
Pasta and cheese.

Seriously, I eat pasta automatically. I don't even really LIKE pasta, but at the same time I am all over it.

Cheese controls me. I have a really hard time finding protein and flavor, and cheese just fills that vacuum.

God I love cheese.

Other than pasta and cheese, I don't really have a problem with junk food.

70. She's a foul temptress, that Little Debbie
True Story: When I was a wee lad, I lived just a short jaunt down the road from Collegedale, TN, where her evil little snacks are made. We lived near their outlet store. Between those and the Moon Pies made in nearby Chattanooga, it was all my mom could do to prevent my getting diabetes by Kindergarten. :-)

I am not alone in my devotion to the Little Debster. :D

The Oatmeal Creme Cookies, the Fudge Brownies, the Chocolate Cupcakes... the Nutty Bars! My Top 4, in no particular order. Their cupcakes blow Hostess out of the water.

And yes, I love the giant-sized ones - which they have expanded to several of their products. Those were the size they used to be until they started shrinking them in the late 80's/early 90's. Kind of gives you an idea of how inflation has worked against product sizes - the 'normal' sized boxes have been around $1.00 - $1.30 for 20 years now, lol.
