Had to come back to Texas, my father has blood clot in his leg.
I did get to see the the Florida Keys beaches beautiful and clean.

I have no idea if the beaches are still beautiful or not.

Sort of glad I am back but not for the this medical reason.

6. I am trying to cheer him up but damn he is all doom and gloom.
He will stay in the hospital until the weekend, then back to the home.

8. Tell him my dad is doing great on warfarin. It has been 9 months since my dad
had two blood clots in his lungs and one in his legs. Apparently the one in his legs will just melt into the side of the vein/artery it is in and become part of the wall of the vein/artery. He goes in for an ultrasound this month. There have been no complications.

5. I've been thinking of you headed down to the gulf to help.
And I've been a little concerned with all the hype about health issues from the cleanup.

But I really do admire you for your effort and compassion.

People like you make this country work.

All the best to you and your father.

7. We were in Florida, my friends came from there.
The Keys were so beautiful.

Glad I got to see them.

It is really so sad, I don't know how we can take this.

A dead Gulf of Mexico.
