Like at the Reggae Fest. Every year you can smoke openly in front of Cops and they don't care at all. Out in the open! Hell last year people were walking around selling bags and joints in front of Cops and the cops didnt care.

The only time the police ever said anything was if someones dog was off their leash lol!
