I'm going to be in San Francisco for a few days in late May and Savannah, GA in late June

and am looking at booking a music show or three. Anyone have any booking connections they want to share for either place? I've already sent emails to El Rio and Dolores Park Cafe, and have been told to check out Freight & Salvage although their calendar looked pretty full.

1. Unfortunately I know nothing about venues in either place, but just wanted to

say that I listened to a couple of your songs ( and bookmarked your reverbnation page to listen more later...)... Once again, I am blown away not just by how many musicians are on DU; but how many damn good ones too. I hope someone can help you find some gigs in those places.:thumbsup:

3. Ashkenaz in Berkeley does a pretty eclectic mix of music

Freight is worth a feeler -- someone there may point you to other venues.

5. so is it wrong that one of the venues I was about to email in GA I chose not to because I saw this:
