Hey DU, what's for Sunday supper?
I'm making a Hungarian goulash in the crock pot (since last night) with spaetzle noodles fried until crisp in the pan and a nice green salad.

What are you making tonight?

1. I'm stewing some italian sausage
in a dark beer.
Onions, peppers and mushrooms will be
added later for a huge sandwich.

Only way to go, in my opinion, unless you are using propane, then a lit cig probably ain't a very good idea. Happy grilling you lucky bastid.

11. Moroccan Tagine
My fiance bought a couple of clay tagines last week and we cured one of them out so now it's ready to use.

Don't know what recipe we will use yet. Probably a chicken tagine. It will be fun to take the new cooking pot for a spin. :D

.
...and IF I can ever tear myself away from the computer... and IF I can shower...
and IF I can get to the grocery store... and IF I can work up the endurance to
soak the beans, then COOK them... I MAY have from-scratch chili tonight.
.
Otherwise, a baked potato with crumbled bacon (not EVERYBODY uses up ALL the
bacon), cheddar cheese, and sour cream, with a side of lima beans in a little
chipotle salsa and lime juice.
.
Win-win.
