A Dreamweaver question (Web Page) not the song..

Is there a way on Dreamweaver to reroute an html page to another URL?

Another words..when linking to the first URL, my page will appear sayint that you are being redirected to another URL? Then it does....

with content defined as how quickly to do the refresh. 0 would be instant.

edit: quotes were in the wrong place.

I want to design it saying you're being directed to another page...So all I have to do is insert this code into that page and that's it?
