I think I'm done being depressed! YAY!

I think I've switched back into hypomania, though. It'll be okay as long as I keep my spending urges under control, but I'd rather be stable as hypomania leads back into depression. I'm seeing my doctor on Monday, we'll sort all this out.

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar II, and I'm on 300 mg Seroquel and 50 mg Zoloft.

Just thought some of you would want to know how I'm doing. :hi:

Just remember- one day at a time. And be sure to get plenty of exercise and plenty of "me" time.

2. my former foster daughter gets extra manic every 9 months or so

she moves when it happens. I quit helping her move she moved so often. She keeps everything under control though, she just moves all the time.
